topless in public places like parks and beaches. However, no one actually wants to be renowned
for arriving to a presentation with high lights. Therefore, how do you keep your nipples from
peeping out of your shirt?

Wear a dress shirt that is thicker and darker in color if your nipples tend to be more noticeable.
Thin, light-colored shirts will naturally look more transparent and will expose any imperfections
you’d want to cover up. Having said that, there are situations in which a white dress shirt is the
finest option. Fortunately, there are a few methods to confidently wear a white dress shirt
without fearing that you’ll prick someone’s eye out.

It seems evident that wearing an undershirt will prevent nipples from showing through a white
dress shirt. However, any undershirt won’t do. Most guys choose for a plain white crew or Vneck, believing the extra fabric will make the situation better. The downside of going with this
traditional look is that your typical white undershirt will show through under a light-colored
dress shirt.
Even while it may sound paradoxical, consider this: you are not “white T-shirt” pale, regardless
of how pale you are. Any guy’s complexion would appear as a grayish tone in black and white if
you took his picture. So the dazzling white cotton of a white undershirt contrasts with your skin
when you wear it.
